The Traditional Oval Shape with High Polished Scalloped Edges and Blue Enamel is Adorned with finely detailed Blessed Mother Mary with rays coming out of her extended hands.The Reverse Side of the Medal Portrays an "M" with a Cross on the top and the "Sacred Hearts" underneath surrounded by Twelve Stars.

The design of this medal was hand-sculpted by master artisans in the early 1900's. The medal is made by Die Striking high-grade Sterling Silver stock.
