CatholicShop.com is here to help you on your journey of faith, so we strive to keep our terms and conditions as simple (and slim) as possible.


We offer a 60-day return policy, because we know that a typical 30-day return policy is often never enough. You are free to return a product for exchange or store credit within 60 days of the purchase date. The only exceptions are items that have been engraved or items that display signs of excessive wear or use. 
If returning an item for a refund to your original payment method, you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to return it to us. For items that are returned for exchange or store credit (of equal or greater value), however, you have 60 days from the date you receive the item to return it.
In both cases, these days are counted from the date you receive the item to the date you mail it back to us. We simply ask you to provide us with the tracking information.
Returns for refund will be processed/refunded to your original payment method within 7 days from the date it arrives at our office.
With returns for exchange, if you have yet to decide on the replacement item, you are welcome to opt for store credit in the amount of the price you paid for the item. You will receive a digital code that allows you to use your store credit as a payment method on our website. Store credit never expires, and you don't have to use it all at once!

We go to great lengths to carry items of the highest quality, so every item purchased on CatholicShop.com is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. Simply return the item and we will either replace it or give you store credit for the full price of the item.


All orders totaling $40 or more, if shipping within the USA, are eligible for Free Economy Shipping. Orders shipping outside the USA are not eligible, but we do offer very affordable shipping rates to other countries. If you need an order to arrive sooner, we have several expedited shipping options available.
Engraved items sometimes require an additional 1 to 2 days for personalization, so, if ordering something with engraving, please estimate the extra time in addition to the shipping times given at checkout and/or on the product page. 
Every order is insured at no extra cost to you. This means that if an item gets lost or damaged on its way to you, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Every order comes with free Delivery Confirmation tracking, so the shipping insurance covers the order from the time it leaves our facility to the time it reaches your address.

Orders may be cancelled or changed by contacting us. If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel/refund the order until it arrives back to our office. Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled, nor can orders for engraved items if they have already been engraved. If an order is suspected of being fraudulent through the use of a stolen credit card and false or stolen identify, it is subject to cancellation at any time.
