The Vintage Bronze St. Joseph and Child Flower Rosary Center is cast as a single broad flower. Its petals fill the ring and the stems curl away into open ground below, and at the heart of the blossom a bearded, haloed Joseph holds the Christ Child against his shoulder, the two heads close together.
Joseph is the guardian of the Holy Family, the man given charge of what mattered most, and he is honoured as the patron of workers, of fathers, and of a peaceful death. Setting him at the center of a flower is a gentle piece of design: the protector in the middle of something growing. The openwork is cut clean through, so light passes behind the figures and the pair reads clearly from either side of a rosary, and three connector rings are cast in place for stringing.
The St. Joseph rosary center was faithfully reproduced from an antique original and cast in the USA using a traditional fine-detail casting process that preserves its vintage character.
