Insurance & Tracking Every US order includes free shipping insurance and tracking. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Personalized Items Engraved items may require an additional 1–2 days for personalization before shipping.

Special & Made-to-Order Items These require extra production time. Our team will contact you with an estimated ship date.

Reshipments If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or ordering error, we're happy to resend it—reshipping costs will apply.

When your order ships, you'll receive a notification with tracking details and tracking link.

Registered customers can view order status and tracking information in their account at my.catholicshop.com.

Once logged in, click on "Orders" to see your order history. Select the order to view its current status, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.

If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a generous 60-day return window—because we know the standard return timeframes can feel too rushed.

Return Options

• Within 30 days: Full refund to your original payment method
• Within 60 days: Exchange or store credit

The 60 days are counted from the date you receive your item to the date you mail it back. We just ask that you share the tracking information with us once it's sent.

Exceptions We're unable to accept returns on items which have been personalized or engraved items, and items showing signs of excessive wear or use.

Refunds Refunds are typically processed within 4–9 business days after your return arrives at our office and will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges & Store Credit If you'd like an exchange but haven't decided on a replacement yet, we're happy to issue store credit for the amount you paid. You'll receive a digital code to use at checkout—and store credit never expires.
