My Mother gave this same medal to me 50 yrs ago for my First Communion. I loved it so! While outside playing, I lost it and was heart sick. I recently needed to purchase a gift for our Grand Niece's Communion and I saw the same Medal! It was such a beautiful sight to my heart.
