The Miraculous Medal with Angel Rosary Center gathers three images into one small piece. An IHS monogram sits in scrollwork at the crest, the main face holds an oval of the Virgin standing on the globe with rays falling from her open hands, and a winged cherub head rests below her. The reverse is pierced openwork: the letter M beneath a cross, surrounded by stars.
Around the Virgin runs the invocation given at the Rue du Bac in Paris: O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. The rays from her hands are the graces she promised to those who would ask for them. IHS at the crest is the monogram of the name of Jesus, so the Son is named above the Mother, and the M and cross behind repeat the whole design of the Miraculous Medal in miniature.
This rosary center was faithfully reproduced from an antique original and cast in the USA using a traditional fine-detail casting process that preserves its vintage character.
