The Vintage Yellow Bronze Miraculous Medal in a Scalloped Frame gives the familiar oval an unusually ornate setting: scrolled, scalloped edges swell out at the sides and gather into a shell at the foot. Our Lady stands at the center with her arms lowered and open, the attitude in which she appeared at the Rue du Bac in Paris in 1830, with a line of fine raised beading running around her.
The reverse carries the traditional device: the letter M crossed by a bar and surmounted by a cross, the two hearts of Jesus and Mary beneath, and twelve stars set around the field. Saint Catherine Labouré was shown that design and told to have it struck, with the promise that those who wore it would receive great graces. The rays falling from Mary’s hands are those graces, given to everyone who asks for them.
The medal was faithfully reproduced from an antique original and cast in the USA using a traditional fine-detail casting process that preserves its vintage character.

The bracelet is a handmade rolo chain in gold-finished brass with a lobster clasp, 8 inches long, with 6 mm oval links. Fasten the clasp to any link along the chain to shorten it, so one size genuinely fits. The charm hangs from a split ring.
