The Vintage Bronze Framed Miraculous Medal Rosary Center is built like a shrine niche. An arch studded with small stars rises over the standing figure of Our Lady, her veil falling behind her, her hands open and lowered at her sides. She stands clear of the frame so the light passes behind her shoulders, and a small foliate base carries her feet.
The pose is the one St. Catherine Labouré described from her vision in the Rue du Bac in Paris in 1830, and it became the most widely worn image in the Catholic world. Here it is given an architectural setting instead of the usual round border, which makes the small figure feel like a statue standing in her own chapel — a shrine carried along through the decades of a rosary.
The rosary center was faithfully reproduced from an antique original and cast in the USA using a traditional fine-detail casting process that preserves its vintage character.
