These Vintage Bronze Thin Jump Ring Findings are cast rather than wound, three sixteenths of an inch across in twenty gauge, so they take the same darkened, slightly uneven surface as the vintage-pattern medals and centers they are made to sit beside. Each ring is cut once and closes back flush.
The lighter gauge is the one to reach for when the ring itself should disappear: a small medal set into a rosary, a charm carried where a heavier ring would look clumsy, two small pieces gathered together. Because these are cast, they antique the way the medals around them do rather than staying bright and obviously machined, which is the usual giveaway. Nothing is depicted on them and nothing is lettered. For a three-inch crucifix or anything with real weight, the thick rings are the better choice.
These fine jump rings was faithfully reproduced from an antique original and cast in the USA using a traditional fine-detail casting process that preserves their vintage character.
