Greek bishop of Jerusalem (c. 99-c. 216), reportedly lived to nearly 117; presided at a synod that fixed the Sunday observance of Easter for the East. Withdrew to the desert under false accusation, returned vindicated when his calumniators died. Pre-Congregation.
