Bohemian duchess and martyr (c. 860-921), wife of Bořivoj I, the first Christian duke of Bohemia, whom she was baptized with by Sts. Cyril and Methodius; grandmother and tutor of St. Wenceslaus. Strangled at Tetín on the order of her daughter-in-law Drahomíra in a pagan-Christian succession dispute. Pre-Congregation.
