Product Details
Designed for the Divine Mercy Chaplet, this rosary supports the devotion given to St. Faustina Kowalska in the 1930s — one of the great spiritual gifts of the modern Church.
The Divine Mercy devotion was given to St. Faustina Kowalska, a Polish nun, through a series of apparitions of Jesus in the 1930s. He asked that an image be painted of him with rays of red and pale light streaming from his pierced heart, signed with the words, "Jesus, I trust in you." The Divine Mercy Chaplet, prayed on rosary beads, is one of the great gifts of that revelation — a short, powerful prayer that the faithful turn to in times of suffering, conversion, and the hour of death.
