St. Felix of Cantalice was an Italian Capuchin lay brother, shepherd from Cantalice in the Abruzzi who became the questor of the Capuchin friary on the Quirinal in Rome for forty years.
Friend of St. Philip Neri and St. Charles Borromeo, called by the Roman populace "Brother Deo Gratias" for his constant phrase. First canonized Capuchin (1712 by Clement XI).
