The arms finish in pointed almond-shaped lobes filled with a stippled ground and edged with cast leaves, the shaft carries the same treatment down to a long pointed drop at the foot, and every surface is either worked or textured.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBehind the head of the corpus a scrolled cartouche opens with fine rays breaking out of it, a small radiance set exactly where the titulus would ordinarily be, so that the glory takes the place of the charge against him. The corpus is modelled at full length and in high relief.
